Notes From The Owner... Starting from the stern... There is a large '3 foot swim platform with built in ladder, you enter the deck area through a door which is only about 8 inches above the swim platform (a normal step - not climbing over the transom). In the doorway is a hot and cold fresh water shower. The deck area about 5’ across and the beam is 11' 9". The floor of this deck has a hydraulic lift to give you access to the engine compartment and generator. In the rear deck area there is window to the aft cabin and locker for lines and extra anchors etc. Built into the transom is a seat for 3 which can be pulled out for extra seating. Also inside the transom wall is the storage for the shore power cables, hoses etc. From the rear deck there is one step up to the cockpit area. There is a captain's chair that spins so you can face your quests or face forward to drive. The chair also moves forward and back. The steering wheel is tilt wheel. You can sit down to drive this boat and always have full visibility. The wrap around glass windshield has a center window that can be opened to let air flow into the cockpit - this is especially nice when you have the enclosure up. The enclosure includes windows that attach to the top of the windshield and are about 30" high, so if you prefer to stand and drive there is plenty of headroom even for 6 footer. The cockpit also has a wrap around couch which will seat 5. There are 3 lockers in the cockpit area, one lockable. One is for life vests (quick access). The cabin has a large doorway. To the immediate rear is the aft cabin. There is a large cabinet, the central vac, access to the A/C, a small locker for personal items. This aft area converts to a lounge area with flip up table or converts to a sleeping area. Move towards the bow, bath is on the right. Bath has large counter, sink, sliding door medicine cabinet, underneath there is a linen cabinet. There is a shower with wrap around shower curtain, so the counter stays dry. The head is a fresh water, vacuum flush head - which is absolutely the best marine head available. There is no grinding macerator to listen to, just a quick clean vacuum. There is a 6 inch space to hang closes between the back wall of the bath and the aft cabin. The boat has a curtain to give the aft privacy. The aft cabin is very open, not a cave like many afts. Across from the bath on the port side is a locker for storing foul weather gear or whatever. It has a pole for hangers and it's about 12" across and 30 inches deep and 36 inches width - access from the top. This cabinet is next to the dinette. Each dinette seat has a large storage compartment. The table collapses to create a double bed. On the starboard side is the galley, with built in blender, stove (electric and alcohol) microwave and sink. Large counter. There are two large function cabinets for dishes, cookware and groceries above the counter but below a window. There are cabinets with drawers, under the sink is very large and below the counter is the AC/DC refrig. In the bow is the vberth bed. The bed is full size and below it is a dresser for clothes. There is also a regular hanging clothes closet and a built in jewelry box with make up mirror... I'm sure I've forgotten a lot, but don't be fooled by 29 foot. The cabin and layout is comparable to any 30 footer and the performance and quality is unmatched.

There are 650 hours on the motors, about 75 on the generator. The engines where "refreshed" to factory recommended maintenance 50 hours ago with strictly Mercruiser parts. New manifolds, risers, thermostat housings, water pumps, raw water pumps, rebuilt starters. The boat was in Fresh water up the Hudson its first 5 years and the CT River this past year... The canvas is in exc. Condition.
