Abundant storage in hanging lockers and drawers located in each stateroom.
There is a Kenmore washer and dryer located in a locker within the forward
stateroom. Very upscale decor and finish level. Beautiful varnish Teak
throughout. Many upgrades from standard include larger dinette. Corian
countertop and teak trim, Teak and Holly sole in gallery and both heads. Teak
cabinetry in aft starboard salon corner, Teak facing on refrigerator doors, custom
rope accent lighting in salon valences, larger forward berth in forward stateroom
with reading lights on headboard. TV / VCR in Master stateroom. Stereo system,
cedar lined closets in both heads, master and forward stateroom, extra shelves in
master head and forward stateroom, extra lighting over dinette as well as in
galley cabinets and forward stateroom closets, custom Ottomans (2) to be
utilized as dinette seating as well as storage. The salon is massive and
compares well to boats 10 feet longer. Abundant seating is available on the L
shape sofa which also provides hidden rod storage below, as well as a
convertable sleeper. The dinette is larger than standard and seats 8 comfortably.
27" Sony TV, VCR and stereo system are all located in teak cabinetry and can
be closed from view with tinted glass doors.

Galley
Mid level Galley is one step down from Salon and features an abundance of
storage in drawers and cabinets. Beautiful Teak and Holly sole with storage
below. Full size refrigerator / freezer with ice maker has Teak on doors to blend
perfectly with the upscale decor. Premium Corian countertop with Corian Bone
sink. (2) burner Kenyon range, microwave / convention oven is built into teak
cabinetry. Instant hot water is available through an outlet located at the sink.
Extra set of brand new props stored under galley.

Northstar 951 XD Chart Plotter with combo antenna, Furuno 7061 with 6'
antenna (48 miles), Icom M-127 VHF Radio, Raytheon Raydata digital
depth / speed, ACR-RCL 100 Remote Searchlight, Simrad Autopilot AP-

with infrared mouse, large color screen, complete top notch navigation system.

Westerbeke 15 KW Generator, 12v/110v AC/DC system, Glendenning
cablemaster system retractible shore power cable. TV/VCR, stereo system,
Clarion M5275 CD player on flybridge with (4) speakers, intercom system from
bridge to galley, (2) engine room circulation fans.

Deck
Largest cockpit in its class featuring molded tackle center with sink and tackle
storage, engine room access, bait freezer, in deck fish boxes, salt water
washdown, (6) Pompanette flush mount rod holders and transom door. The
forward deck features a Simpson-Lawrence Spring 3000 Windglass, Davit (1200
lbs lift) with Nautica 12 center console, 40 HP Yahama, swim platform.

Flybridge
Molded Fiberglass Hardtop with (2) quartz spreader lights. The enclosure
curtains consist of (3) panels of EZ2CY and Strataglass panels with (5) U-zips for
the remainder of the full enclosure which is mounted track to track. All
electronics are flush mounted and have an isolated breaker panel on the
flybridge. Morse engine controls. Power assisted steering. There are rocket
launcher for safty, canvas cover. Huge bridge.

Mechanical
MAN 820 Diesels - low hours approx 330 - serviced by MAN dealer. These
engines are the most economical power choice to be offered by Post, providing
great cruise speeds with modest fuel burn. Other upgrades include room
gauges for both engines, power assisted steering, trolling valves, emergency
engine driven bilge pump, fuel valve transfer system in addition to transfer pump,
high gloss Awl grip engine room finish (bright white), engine room fans,
macerator pump out for waste system to upgrade standard gravity discharge
system. Brand new gel batteries and chargers, separate battery units for Davitt
and thruster.
